Representation in Child Custody, Visitation and Child Support Cases in Lexington and Surrounding Areas
When a couple with children split up, it can be a very stressful experience for everyone involved. By having someone help guide you through the process, it can help minimize this stress by helping you work to come to an agreement that everyone in the family can understand and accept.
At Jewitte Dooley Law, we work with you to ensure that you understand the process and any stress involved is minimized. We know that going through a divorce or separation is stressful enough–on top of a child custody battle. Even if a separation is amicable, it is still advisable to work with a family law attorney to ensure that important schedule and child support arrangements are established correctly and are enforceable.
